Peal TCL File Comparision Program:

I basically have to write a program that takes two text files where lines are representing the pin placement locations. I have to find the pins that are new/gone and when the location has changed (and with how much). I basically need to compare the two files to see if any pins (A,B,C,D,E) have been added or removed and also compare the number beside them, their placement, and say whether they have changed and by how much. Use the awk/sed/grep as needed utilities and Perl or Tcl to get this done. The result can be dumpped into an output file in the work area/directory.
