Pedro is an employee of a soft drink company. He has been working in the organization in the human capital area for 15 years. Recently, he began to reflect on how the human capital area has evolved over time and how much his background has influenced what we now know as Human Capital or Human Resources. He wants to present improvement strategies and also strengthen some specific aspects. The organization, which has been in the market for more than 30 years, did not have a human capital area in its beginnings until just 10 years ago, when the company began to grow rapidly and it saw the need to have an area of this nature.
