  • Is the report organized logically?

Format:

  • Is the report correctly formatted as a memo?
  • Does it have a concise, specific subject line?
  • Does it use headings and page design elements for easy readability/navigation?
  • Do images and figures contribute to the content of the report?
  • Are images and figures correctly numbered and titled?

Style:

  • Is the report clear and concise? (If not, please identify for the team which sections you found confusing.)
  • Does the report look and sound professional?

Mechanics:

  • Is the spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc. perfect?

Documentation:

  • Are sources for information and images correctly cited in APA , both in-text and in a references list?
