In this assignment, you will evaluate your group member's jobs during your group 2 project. Your role in this is as their "supervisor," giving them "performance review" feedback in a positive, helpful, but still developmental manner. You want to be sure they are left with suggestions for improvement but that you have also given them praise and done it all gently.

- What did they do well? Be kind and include examples of what they did well
- What did they not do well? Be helpful - include examples of specific items they need to work on, which will make them a better group contributor
- How should they improve what they did not do well? Provide training - Specific actions they can take to improve (even good employees want coaching to get better)

What did they do well? Positives: She was always willing to help, appropriately researched, organized, and had a good and respectful attitude.
What did they not do well? Negatives: Communication, she could have been more vocal about their opinion on the project as a whole and with their sections.
How should they improve what they did not do well?

What did they do well? Positives: He was the perfect example of a good team member; often took on extra work, asked questions for clarity and understanding, did an eloquent job, was responsible, had good communication, and was kind.
What did they not do well? Negatives: He lives in India, so the time difference made it a little hard for us to align our schedules together and meet frequently, but that isn't his fault. I don't have anything to add to improve his behavior as a team member!
