Performance Management at Pinterest This project challenges you to apply course materials and personal insights to: Analyze this organization's current performance appraisal/review/management system, Engage in strategic analysis of this organization (external & internal) Design and create the necessary component parts of an effective performance management system. Plan for the roll out and implementation of an aligned & sustainable performance management system Ensure that the design of the performance management system supports and enables the organization's core values, goals and objectives. Ensure that the design addresses the workplace culture concerns (their own EDI goals, the recommendations from the Special Committee of the Board of Directors and the settlement agreement(s) from lawsuits). There is an undeniable need for equity, diversity and inclusion within the organization. Make recommendations to correct and prevent the allegations of race and gender discrimination that currently plague Pinterest and expose the entire organization and its shareholders to significant legal and financial risk. Address ongoings risk associated with attracting and retaining highly qualified personnel in the context of the current macroeconomic environment
