Include a completed Cost-Comparison Scorecard in the appendix of your analysis. Support each of your ratings with a bullet or two.

In your written analysis include the following:

• A summary of your Cost-Comparison analysis substantiating your values for each cost driver. Essentially expand the bullets used in your Cost-Comparison Scorecard.
• A recommendation of where you think the company should focus on cost reduction with a justification of your recommendations.
