Hi! I'm working with the Perseus software for the first time and following my teacher's flow chart. I am supposed to filter for three default parameters (Only identified by site, Reverse, and Contaminant). I am also supposed to explain what this does but I can find NOTHING about it online. All guides just say to use it, but does not explain what it does. Can somebody help me?
