Personal Branding Statement Rubric with five Sub$-$Assignments and oral discussion integration

The PBS gives students practice in presenting themselves as an attractive brand. It requires the student to reflect on who they are, their past accomplishments, their personal areas for improvement, and their interests and passions.

This five$-$part assignment has the following required components

Note: All assignments must include the student's name, the student's major, and the student's minor for assessment tracking purposes. Categories of major and minor are: $(1)$ Marketing; $(2)$ Business $-$ non Marketing; $(3)$ Non Business

The personal make$-$up of the student; who they are and how they hope to evolve

a$.$ An overview of who the student is and their professional desires and passion.

b$.$ An overview of the features and personal characteristics of the student

C$.$ A review of the student's past major accomplishments and how they will help the student grow professionally

The personal improvement plan of the student with proposed actions

a$.$ A review of the student's areas for improvement

b$.$ The student's $12$ month plan for personal growth within improvement areas
