Personal Business Plan This is a project where will you create a summary business plan for the business that you wrote about in your last assignment, the Business Choice Assignment. The last assignment was casual, and point form. This assignment requires paragraphs, full sentences, and a more formal structure, and must include the following components: Cover Page, using your company colours. Use Canva or similar type program to design a cover page that makes someone want to open and read your summary plan. Create a company logo if you want, but its not required. Make sure your company name and your name are on the cover page. Executive Summary (1 or 2 paragraphs on its own page) Part A: Product or Service. What makes it unique, what is your competitive advantage, etc? Part B: The Market and Target Customer Part C: The Competition Part D: Marketing Strategy If you did well in your Business Choice assignment, then this shouldnt take you very long. You have most of the information you need. For each category above, put only the most important information. You have limited space on purpose. If you do this correctly, your biggest challenge will be trying to fit your information into only 3 pages. Its called information sifting and thats one of the major points of this project. In business you need to be able to communication concisely and to the point. Include the most relevant facts and leave the fluff out. Pretend you are handing this summary business plan to the bank or a potential business partner. The bank knows what business terms mean, you do not have to explain them. Use your limited space to include the most important and relevant information as it affects YOUR business. Do not be general and talk in vague terms about marketing plans that businesses might use. This whole document is about YOUR business and the actual detailed steps you will do. The text book will be very helpful if you need detailed instruction. Honestly I cant imagine trying this project without using the textbook in every category. Use course concepts and terms. out Submit on Moodle. This is about YOU and your future business, so papers with similar answers will therefore receive very poor grades. Use citations and references as required.
