o How to evaluate personal work-related strengths and limitations in the context of stakeholder management and employer expectations Assessment Instructions In one Word document you are required to include:

o A copy of a job advertisement for a role you would ultimately like to perform IN ACCOUNTING ; and

o A breakdown of the essential elements - personal attributes, qualifications, work experience - of the job advertisement; and

o A 400-word learning & development plan outlining how you will acquire from your accounting internship any personal attributes or work experience that you currently do not possess.
