The purpose of this project is to provide you with an opportunity to apply knowledge learned in the Health : Lifestyle and Choices in the development and implementation of a personal lifestyle change process.
DIRECTIONS:
Choose one of the dimensions of health where you struggle with personal wellness due to a problem or dilemma that you now face. Use the problemsolving, decisionmaking process, to analyze the situation, and come to a decision to overcome or improve your personal wellness. Follow the points below to document your processes and outcomes. Your Assignment should be presented in a professional manner
