Fiat motor is doing exceptionally good in the Canadian Market over the past decade when there is no major competitor in their manufacturing segment of cars but in the past decade of 2000 era there was a globalization era has to be started so there are lots of car manufacturing company entered in Canada which having a adverse effect on sales of Fiat motors and the feelings of the Fiat motors are going down day by day because they are right now using the outdated technologies which their competitor already use in the past years and also the Canadians are very much fascinated towards the looks and the performance of the cars. They are right now having in a very bad station of dealing with Market because their sales are nothing as compared to their expenditure and their day today cost which they have to be here to pay off the bills of the employees so they are looking for a joint venture or a full acquisition of their company and right now Tata motors are looking to expand their business in global Market especially in the American and the Latin American market and they are finds that fiat motors are selling off their whole entire business to another company and they look so huge potential to grow in the American Market because Canada is the country which is surrounded all by American boundaries and after Canada America is one of the most potential countries to expand the motor corporation companies because over there the weather is playing the vital role for people to choose cars as compared to bikes and in America there are a lot of companies but the price segment of the companies is very much higher for them as compared to the price which data motors build their cars in Asian market and sell as well. So, they right now fully acquired the fiat motor corporation in Canada and in their plant, they are manufacturing from the scratch to the final body of tata's car and sale in the Canadian Market because as same as American Market Canadian Market don't having a park of good reliable cars in a very affordable price. That's how Tata motors having a strong presence in Asian market especially in Indian market because, over their people are very fascinated toward their safety and looks of the vehicle and Tata motors exactly delivered the same for fulfilment of the demands. Now, Tata has a very good and strong presence in Asian market and as well as in the African Market right now they are looking for acquisition of our joint venture of any other car manufacturing company in the American and Latin American market. After done with everything very good Indian domestic market and wanted to be expand in very fast network in all of the world so he moved their branches in the African Market American Market that's really market and so on but he is not able to touch the market of North America that is Canada and all so they right now seeing her opportunity with the acquisition of Fiat motor because in 2019 yet motor is totally shut down their business in Canada but their plans and their employees are right now available in Canada is right because they shut down their production but the order which they take they have to be fulfilled on demand and because of the covid there was a certain daily to fulfil the demand of the customer because of the outbreak so right now they have a full chance to move in the market by the full acquisition of Fiat motors of Canada and by doing this don't have to start from a scratch like building a industry and then set up their plant and machineries hiring employees and all the basic things which need to be open and industry in a very first time because it take a humongous amount of time to set up all these things but if they do the acquisition of Fiat they don't have to pay that much of time now because they got all the things already made

2 So now Tata motors is planning to move abroad with having a full acquisition of Fiat motor corporation in Canada because they are not doing very good in their respective field data having a full mindset because they are having in their portfolio some of the luxury brand such as jaguar and land rover as well as in their home country they have Tata motors where they are built up good reliable and safest car of India so they have having a good experience to provide as per the Canadian standard the luxury and the reliable kind of thing because most of the time Canadian people willing to use bad thing which give their value for money and in India Tata motors right now having more than 25% of market share which is a very good in that country because over there they have a lot of competitor and one of the most biggest rivalry is Maruti Suzuki so right now they are giving up big competition to them as well so in Canada they having a mindset of making a car which provides a good feel to the customer and who survive the Canadian harsh weather right there performance and the reliability and tough standard. Tata motors has a very good and worse portfolio in the automobile industry because they have experience providing a good reliable car which has the most NCAP safety rating at a very affordable price as for the Indian market as well as they having a expertise to deal in luxury segment because they have having two of the luxury car brand such as Jaguar and land rover because this segment is totally different from the budget segment and data is doing very much good in this segment as well because right now they know how to deal with the customer in a global level because jaguar and land rover is having presence entire glow and especially in North and South America people love the Jaguar land rover because of their masculinity and the performance which they provide so right now they having a vast idea that what the thing that we are going to be present in front of the customers which Tata car being most preferable favourable to the people of the country and right now as well in their home country most of the car company are the competitor in Canada itself which are competitor in Home country so right now they know and they have this strategy to deal with the competitors strategy and also right now they are very much understand the market because in the initial period when they are very new in the market they feel really badly in their segment but they learn a lot that how to deal and right now they are one of them biggest car manufacturer and supplier in India so companies like Toyota Maruti Honda Ford and they are very much behind from Tata in India but in Canada scene is totally different so Tata is to be make a very much good strategy to believe it competitors plan because right now they are very much stable in their own Market because of the first mover advantage.
