You are asked to evaluate the outside environment a ten-location, French food restaurant chain is in. You know to use PESTEL.Let's imagine that each of the PESTEL elements is in movement (as they mostly are in the real world), towards having a greater effect on the restaurant business. Explain briefly how a change in what could happen in each of the areas can have an effect on the restaurant business, and what part of the business it would affect.The effect could be positive or negative; for instance, a tax reduction could reduce costs and thus add to profits (positive).On the other hand, a tariff could require a raise in prices which would result in fewer sales (i.e., negative).I'll provide one of them (socio-cultural) to give you an example (meaning you only have to do five of them) and the words themselves, to spare your memorizing them.You'll see from the example that for each concept, it's a two-part answer.
