Peter, Rey, and Egon, have a high-voltage laser storage system on their property. According to information and belief obtained by the environmental protection agency, they do not have and environmental impact statement on file with the agency. Inspector Walter Peck obtains a court order from a federal judge and shows up at the company property with law-enforcement in order to immediately turn off the high-voltage laser storage system. Although Peter objects and cites the danger of shutting off the system, the EPA proceeds and an explosion occurs.
