Introductions - create a Company Name and Logo for yourself.
You will create a Powerpoint for the presentation and a Typed Report to hand in below is what should be included in each
Report (Typed in word processor 1-2 pages) should include (40 pts)
Your name and background - introducing yourself to the business
Address the Business you have and their concerns from the Scenario sheet.
List the benefits of moving the Business (from your Scenario) to a computer based business
List a timeframe of the project (this is an estimated Timeframe)(this could be a Gantt Chart)
List out any new ideas that you have for this business (Website, database) that will help improve or streamline their business (this could be just brainstorm
ideas)
List all your sources used including any Al generated.
PowerPoint (10 slides including a title slide) presenting your idea to the company for a new computerized system (40 pts)
Pick an appropriate theme that should be the same through all the slides
Slides should include graphics when possible
Slides should be to the point (no more than 6 bullet points per slide)
Slides should be talking points (no long sentences)
Should include a closing slide where you allow for questions from the owner
Your Slides Should NOT just be your report copied and pasted into a powerpoint

The workers have different shifts / days that they work so not all employees are there at once, same with the Veterinarians and receptionist. The receptionists will share a workstation, the workers will share a workstation to view calendars, schedules and enter medical information. The 3 Veterinarians will need laptops for accessing and updating information and the Owner would like to be mobile for accessing the information from anywhere either at the hospital or from home.
Currently everything is written down in an apt book. They would like to have the following items automated:

Security Cameras outside and inside; be able to access the cameras from anywhere
Website and be able to accept online orders and have clients request appointments
Email customers with coupons, events and discounts
Shop is open Monday Friday 9am 6pm; Saturdays 9am 1pm
