create a web form that let user enter a course ID and grade. the program will display a message of whether the user pass in green color or fail in red color.

Use all-in-one form, only MATH, SCIENCE, HISTORY, and ENGLISH are allow(case insensitive) in course ID field.

grade range [0-100], passing score for MATH AND SCIENCE is 75 and HISTORY and ENGLISH is 70

the form must not refresh (loose its inputs) if invalid values are entered
