Pic$2$ is a$4.$py code,it can successfully run and test,but the output is $2\mathrm{.}64$ of $8$ node graph but not the expected output $3\mathrm{.}44$ on pic $5,$ also $250$ and $1000$ node graph not matching the expected output, please modify or fix the a$4.$py code correctly by following all the instruction on pic $1$ to let it pass all the testcase of the code output. I have been send serval times post but not get the correct fix code, hope that this time get the correct one.

pic $3$ is all the file, all graph.out is empty and it shows whole number of graph$8.$in and parts of numbers of graph$250.$in and graph$1000.$in$.$
