Pick a company's "written statement" which may be in a service industry or any industry that has a hospitality component. Read it, understand it, and then see if the statement of values and ethics, some call it a mission statement still holds true today, post pandemic, and suggest a better statement, while providing your rationale for the change. You can pick any company but you should either take the company statement that you currently work for, or know of a company that has a mission statement that needs to be re-defined. Put a hat on as the founder or the President of the company, and suggest how that statement should be changed in today's unprecedented environment. Remember, D&I, pandemic and service delivery, CRM and shortage of skilled workforce are all serious issues we are facing.
