Plan the design and implementation of a workplace health and safety program. You may choose the program used in assignment #1 proposal. There are two parts to this exam. Part 1 - Design of program and its elements. Part 2- Program implementation and evaluation with conclusion. You may work in a group. The assignment must be submitted by the due date or it will receive a mark of zero. Requirements for your submission: a) Your plan and implementation should not be more than 5 pages. b) Use Calibri font, font size 11, single-spaced. c) Include a Table of Contents. d) Include an Introduction, Purpose, Conclusion. e) Show the elements of the plan. f) The elements of the plan cannot be left blank – must contain some information. g) Include an implementation procedure. h) Ensure the document looks professional, as if you are providing it to the manager at your workplace. i) Marks will be deducted for grammar, spelling and punctuation errors.
