After locating enough information so that you have sufficient understanding about the event and the perpetrators involved, consider the theoretical explanations of criminal behavior discussed in your text in relation to the crime and the perpetrators. 2-Write a short description of the events of the crime committed in your first example making sure to include enough information to explain your theory. 3-Next, discuss the theory you think best explains the acts of the perpetrator in committing the crime you've researched and why you chose this theory.
