1)In Chapter 1 and the PP, newer executive titles such as Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Diversity Officer were listed and/or discussed. Assume you were the CEO and you wanted to add one of these two titles to our Organization. Which of these two positions would you suggest that we add, and what are some of the important functions that position would perform. How would we get a return on the investment" from the new position you recommend? 2)We spent considerable time in class discussing that good managers have to be able to understand and predict the "consequences of their actions/decisions. As a young manager, do you agree philosophically that this is an important skill to develop? Explain why. If so, how are you going about developing and refining this skill both inside and outside this class? 3)According to the text/PP, two sources of unethical behavior are (1) the overall ethical climate in the organization and (2) employees facing a conflict of interest. Explain how you, as a manager, would have a positive influence on these two ethical dilemmas in your organization. Give a personal example from an internship, family situation, high school, college club/team or a class related project etc
