• Outlook: An assessment that provides future insight - what's next, what's coming - This is most likely a second assessment for your paper, and thus should be listed in your Key Judgments section. If you arent sure what to include, ask yourself whats coming next? Format it with 3 4 examples.
• Implications: An assessment why the main BLUF or your Outlook matters - Tell the reader the implications of the BLUF and Outlook. Why should they care about these? This may be futuristic why should they care about what is coming next?

• Recommendations
