This is a project proposal for building a food delivery app, using a waterfall methodology.

Deliverables:

Re-create the project proposal using an Agile methodology. A document stating the different phases of the project and how you will apply Agile principles. More important, the proposal must list the appropriate Agile roles, ceremonies, cadence of such ceremonies, etc.

Purpose of the application - The purpose of the food delivery app is to provide users a simple and effective way to order food from their preferred restaurants and have it delivered right to their home. The app will be simple and user-friendly, and it will provide a large selection of restaurants for customers to choose from. Features of the application - The app will have eight important features. - User registration and login - Users can simply register and log in to the app to use all the features. - Restaurant listings - Users can look through all of the restaurants that have collaborated with the app. - Menu and item listings - Users can look through the menu and listings of each restaurant and select the things they want to order. - Order placement - Users can use the app to place their orders and check the status of their order. - Payment gateway - Users will be able to pay for their orders using an integrated payment method in the app. - Order tracking - Users are able to see the progress of their orders in real-time, from the time they are placed until the time they are delivered. - Rating and review system - Users may rate and evaluate restaurants and their food, which benefits other users by enabling them to make educated choices. - Customer support - The app will offer customer care to help users with any problems they may have. Project Timeline - The project will take approximately 4 months to complete. Contribution of each team member - The team that will be working on the project includes the project manager, 2 developers, 2 analysts, 2 testers and a designer. The project manager will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, and coordination with the stakeholders. The developers will be responsible for building the front-end and back-end of the application. The analysts will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing user behaviors, and providing insights to improve the applications. The testers will be responsible for testing the application, identifying bugs and issues, and providing feedback to developers. The designer will be responsible for designing parts of the application. Business Plan - We will be charging our customers on an hourly basis.
