We are going to address a training need and more importantly explain to our client what must be taken into consideration when creating a training program specifically design for their needs. Create a well-written academic document that addresses the following items:

Discuss the steps in the training process that will be followed.

Explain how you will conduct a needs assessment and task analysis.

Describe the laws of learning and adult learning factors that must be taken into consideration when designing the training.

Discuss the skills that will be taught, and each lesson made successful.

Explain the components of the training plan and what your client will expect to see in this overall plan
