Problem 2- Filling and Printing 2D Arrays For Problem 2, you will write a program that uses a 2D array to store a sequence of integers. You will use a Scanner object to read in the size of the 2D array (rows, and columns) and create the 2D array. You will then read in integers to fill the 2D array. Once you have filled the 2D array print out the numbers in the 2D array in a grid (rows x cols). To print the 2D array you must create and use a method with the following signature: static void print2DArray (int ( ) ( ) array, int rows, int columns) See the sample input/output.
