Case & Requirements Case (The tragedy of Columbia Space Shuttle): In February 2003 the Columbia space shuttle disintegrated over Texas during re-entry to the earth's atmosphere. All seven crews died. In August an official inquiry was severe and unequivocal in its condemnation of cost cutting that took no account of safety requirements. Based on this case, please collect relevant information and write a paper in 2000 words or more. Requirement: 1. This paper should contain three major sections: (I)Introduction, (II) Cause Analysis (III) Solutions. 2. The section "Introduction should contain at least but not limited to a description and background of the case. 3. The section Cause Analysis is an analysis of the causes why this tragedy happened.
