Must post first. 1. A Project Management team can include a great number of roles beyond the Project Manager. Identify one of these roles that you personally find interesting and discuss its impact to the project team. Can person fill more than one role on the team? If not, explain why not. If so, explain the circumstances in which this can work. How about in informal projects such as activities that happen in day-to- day life? Be creative and think outside of the box. 2. The textbook describes the necessity of clearly defining the problem (or problems) the project is intended to address. Describe why this important. What are some of the consequences of not clearly defining the problem? Who is ultimately responsible for doing this and why? Give an example of this in day-to- day activities. 3. One of our first Project Management artifacts is the stakeholder matrix. What could be some consequences for skipping this step or not making it complete or accurate. Can this artifact change over the life of the project or is it set in stone? Is this something that can be applicable to informal projects such as those that take place at home?
