QUESTION 1 Faqihah was a student in UiTM Seremban. Since she lived off-campus, in 2018, her uncle, Aaron, bought a car to make it easier for her to go and come back from classes. In 2020, as her studies almost came to an end, Aaron told her that once she finished her studies and got a job, the car he bought actually was not given to her for free. Aaron added that she must compensate for a rental payment of RM 300 multiply with 30 months, which is equivalent to the time she has spent in UITM. Faqihah was stunned with her uncle's statement and hastily declined to pay as she never intended to form a contract with her uncle. Aaron warned that he would bring the matter to court if she fails to pay the lump sum rental payments. (a) Advise Aaron whether he is entitled to the payment.
