QUESTION: From the NOVEL "The Remains of the Day", by Kazuo ISHIGURO - What are themajororganizational issues presented in the novel?

I believe that numerous minor issues are associated with the two major organizational issues/problems for Darlington Hall. One issue is internal and the other is external (and major). The two issues can be linked because they are related to what we often find in organizations with major external problems. I do want to add that I am thinking in terms of the time when Lord Darlington was still the owner of Darlington Hall.

Please, only address one of the issues so other students have opportunities to post on the other issue.
