EasyCity will be an app that helps connect the residents of Excelsiorville with the members of the city government. To start the development of the proposed app, information about the city will be gathered and inserted into the app. This information will be about the city's history, including past and current projects. This will help a business to understand what has already been addressed or pending projects by the city government. Another aspect of the app will focus on policies and discussions on updates, changes, or questions. This provides open communication that a business can easily reference or participate in. A section allowing current notifications regarding traffic, weather, or emergencies can give businesses the opportunities to make real time decisions based on the notifications from the app. Finally, this app can be a platform for continuous feedback between the residents and government officials. By providing the ability for citizens to ask questions and receive answers from specialized officials will support open communication. To implement this AI app EasyCity, it is estimated to require 3-4 employees to develop the software, integrate it into city hall, and provide training to government officials (Gibson, 2024a).

As a manager in a business of Excelsiorville, it would be important to protect businesses from data breaches via the app to reduce financial losses, legal consequences, and ensure the trust of their customers and other business partners (Paul, 2024). The final ethical concern would be to adhere to strict governance reducing data misuse in order to protect data classification and management and restrict access to sensitive information (Paul, 2024). A business using this app can increase its security by training employees to recognize security threats, phone phishing, and to sign a document agreeing to confidentiality and the security policy of the business (Nguyen, 2024). All of these precautions can reduce data misuse.

To address this, developing an outreach educational and training program can help implement AI within these known vulnerable populations.
