Scenario

Ajay brought a second-hand car from a car Mechanic called Tom. Tom promised Ajay a new battery for the car which he placed inside the bonnet of the car. Tom had not secured the battery properly so when Ajay was driving home he could hear a loud rattling sound from the bonnet of the car. Ajay pulled over and opened the bonnet to find the battery was not connected as it should be. He attempted to lift the battery but he didn't realise it overheated as a result of not being connected properly and therefore burnt his hands. As a result, he could not work as a chef for two weeks and lost 900 wages
