After he was no longer dating Ms$.$ Hinchy and had started dating a Walgreen$$s pharmacist, Audra Withers, Mr$.$ Peterson learned that he had contracted genital herpes at some point in the past. Ms$.$ Withers was concerned about how the herpes was spread and used Walgreen$$s records to research Ms$.$ Hinchy$$s prescription history.
