Case: Information systems can help us to address mental health challenges. Assuming you are addicted to wanting to lose weight, find an app which can help you to track and change your habit or addition.

Question: Analyze the business process in the app by breaking the whole business process into 10-15 smaller information system-related business processes. For each smaller business process, please identify and describe the 4 components of that business process. Note: You can either draw a graph or use text. Quick facts about the app being used: it is an app that provides a various range of workouts to guide you through, it lets the user track their weight and BMI, track workouts that are completed (how many completed, minutes spent, and calories burned), and streak of how many days in a row the app is used. The app is strictly a workout app and nothing to do with calorie intake and food consumption. We are looking at the app regarding addiction to weight loss.
