Delegation/Empowerment Exercise You are Adrian Jackson, Director of Sonoma County Hospital and your assistant is Pat Brennan. You are new in the job---hired only three months ago. Pat has held the assistant to the director position at the hospital for six years. The hospital has grown a great deal in recent years.
