For this week's discussion, focus on Chapter 8. Let's examine rules enforcement in college athletics in the NCAA. Research and find more information on NCAA enforcement issues. Discuss the following areas:

the numbers of rules violations each year

the amount of money spent on enforcement by the NCAA

the appropriateness of penalties for violations

Having identified the three areas above, draft a general discusion (2-3paragraphs) on the state of ethics in college sport

Predict the policy areas likely to be affected in intercollegiate athletics by the changing environment in that industry over the next several years. Cite sources don't just make wild guesses

Provide your personal reaction/opinion on the state of college athletics.
