Write a Java program that reads a list of words from a file (provided as a command-line argument) and reports number of words in the file and what percentage of those words are palindromes (meaning that they read the same forwards and backwards, such as "RACECAR" or "RADAR"). Each word will be on its own line, and consist only of uppercase alphabetic characters. Report your percentage as a value between 0 and 100 , with one point of decimal precision.
