You suggest he take notes to document the reasons he is bothered by what his company is doing. You give him some ideas. You also suggest that he discuss his feelings with a fellow coworker that he trusts to see how they feel. You meet with Peter again a few weeks later and he tells you that things are not going well for him. He thinks the company suspects him of disloyalty.
