This week we explored the very important topic of capital budgeting. Companies are made or broken based on their capital budgeting decisions. Capital projects involve large sums of money and long-term commitments and are decisions that should be thoroughly analyzed before being undertaken. We covered capital budgeting in the context of a business, but the same principles apply to everyone's personal finances. We all have capital budgeting decisions in our own lives.
