Imagine your group is the COVID-19 taskforce established by the President of Republic of South Africa. As you know, the government has taken a project management to handling the pandemic. One critical aspect is ensuring communication with the public (the general population) concerning the pandemic and the vaccination programme. There is therefore need you as the COVID-19 taskforce to evaluate the current communication modes, trends, systems, tools, and techniques with the aim of suggesting, designing and developing an effective communication plan when dealing with the public.

Critic the effectiveness of the communication done by the government to the public (urban and rural) on this pandemic.
