Decision Making Assignment

$1.$ Consider yourself as a manager in a company and the top management give you a task to launch a product in a foreign market $($It can be UK$,$ USA, Singapore or any other country$).$ The product can be from automobile industry, apparel industry, healthcare industry etc. Being the leader of the team, you have the responsibility to launch that product successfully.

$2.$ You have to write a report regarding the launch of the product and what are the decisions taken by you at various stages of the product launch process.

$3.$ You will describe your decision, what choices were involved, how you made your decision, and what the outcome was, relating your process to the rational decision$-$making process.
