Option 2 offers the prospect of much higher efficiency and hence profit, by utilising a radical new process that will be the first of its kind and could give your company a significant commercial advantage over all competitors. In qualitative terms, discuss the relative merits of the two options and if possible, suggest any further actions that should be taken before a final decision is taken.
