Patty and Sandra were friends from college. In the years since graduation, Sandra and her husband Tom had created a very successful home repair business. For her fortieth birthday, Sandra and Patty and their husbands traveled to London to celebrate. While on the trip, Patty and Sandra came up with a novel idea for a cosmetics business. Sandra immediately phoned Dave, her business consultant, and explained the venture and asked Dave to do whatever necessary to organize and form the business as a partnership between her and Sandra.
