Please choose a current or recent (within the last 5 years) Employment Law case in the Canadian court system. Please write about the case in detail. Include an introduction, body of the report and a conclusion. What were the facts in this case? What was the outcome? Do you agree or disagree with the ruling? The actual report should be a minimum 4 pages in length. Also include a title page and works cited page which will make the minimum report 6 pages. Failure to submit this assignment by the due date will result in a grade of zero. Do not copy directly from any source or you will also receive a grade of zero. Evaluation Criteria: Introduction - Who, what, and where - 5 Marks Body of Report - Details of the case including case specifics, rulings, appeals, outcomes, etc. - 20 Marks. Conclusion - Do you agree with the ruling, why or why not? - 5 Marks This assignment must be completed using Microsoft Word. Please use a 12-size font, double spaced. You must also include a title page and a works cited page. Failure to do so will result in the deduction of 5 marks from your assignment. Any illustrations that you include in your assignment will not count towards the 4-page minimum requirement. This assignment must refer to a Canadian court case only. Any submission that references a case other than Canada will not be graded
