** Our Group has decided to work on Kitchen renovation.** Executive Summary Our management group has been tasked with the completion of a kitchen renovation project for a client. The current budget for our kitchen renovation is approximately $20,000. The client has requested that our team modernize the kitchen with complete upgrades to all appliances, floors, kitchen walls, cabinets, and countertops. Our client has also notified our management that she would like to sell the home eventually. This entails that she would like to switch up the kitchen's current design and color scheme. The project's expected completion is estimated at eight weeks (56 days). Project Scope The official project name is Mitchells Family Kitchen Renovation. The objective of this project is to create a new kitchen that is both modern and upgraded with the latest technologies. Our management goal is to keep the costs of the project under the specified $20,000 amount while meeting the agreed upon timeframe of 56 days.
