Complete the stringConcat()function below which takes as arguments two nullterminated character array strings and returns the concatenation of them. For example, if the inputs are Hello and World then it would return the string HelloWorld. You should not modify the input strings in any way. Instead, create a new string, store the concatenation in it, and return it.
