Please complete Chapter 3 Working Toward Mastery - Exercise #1 on p. 45 in your textbook. Close your eyes and pretend to be a participant in your project six months after it is funded. Arrive to the project: Where is it? What sort of building are you walking into? What do you see as you look around? Who do you talk to? What do they tell you? What happens next? Jot down the entire process you visualize. Now read it and pay attention. Whatever parts of this project that do not exist must be created, and what must be created needs to relate closely to the funders interests and mission.
