A company was hired to conduct intercept interviews and random sampling of travelers. Travelers will be asked a series of questions that you define based on the business case. These questions will help the airport manager understand if there is a need for more/less shopping and best understand how much money flows through the airport as well as the traveler profile that spends the most (hint hint - profile is important).
