Please consider questions that you believe will make for a thoughtful and engaging class discussion about modern issues in the workplace. To assist you in forming questions, here is an example of a question that was discussed in a prior class: Imagine that you are the CEO of a company. Your board of directors has ordered a review of the ethical culture of the company. A consultant was hired to evaluate if you are an ethical leader. While wearing your CEO hat, do you believe that there are disadvantages for being highly rated as an ethical leader? Will ethical leadership cause your company to fall behind the competition? Each group member is responsible for submitting at least one discussion prompt or question that is related to the topic. The questions are due to be submitted two days prior to class, so that your classmates have an opportunity to respond to at least one of them prior to class. You are not required to submit responses to the posted questions as a member of the group that is facilitating the discussion.
