a. What are the most influential driving forces of change in the world and how will these impact me?

b. Are there forces of change that challenge my values and beliefs?

c. Are there forces of change that provide me with an opportunity to realize my life purpose?

d. What do I need to do to be able to anticipate and adapt to these changes?

4.) Core Competency Identification Personal Assessment of Strengths and Weaknesses:

a. Honestly, what do I do well relative to most other people? (No humility and no delusion)

b. Do these strengths have market value?

c. Will these strengths help me to achieve my lifes purpose? Do they fit with my core beliefs? Do they enable me to create value for my key stakeholders?

d. What are some things that I really need to do better?

e. What can I do to improve on these weaknesses? Do I have the discipline and resolve to do better in these areas?

f. What are my competitive advantages? How can I leverage them to achieve my mission and vision?

5.) Life and Career Strategies How I intend to achieve my mission:

a. Career Strategies

i. What kind of an organization do I want to work for?

ii. To what extent do the values of the organization I work for need to fit with my own core beliefs and values?

iii. Given the realities of the environment, what is my goal for a first job? How am I going to get that job?

iv. Where would I like to be in 5 years after graduation? 10 years? 20 years?

v. What do I need to do to progress in my intended career? Do the requirements for this progression fit with my personal beliefs and values?

vi. Understanding that the world I live in will change constantly and maybe even dramatically, what will I need to do to be very adaptable and marketable? Continuing education?

i. Who are the other key stakeholders in my life and how will I be able to continue to create value for them over the course of my life?

ii. How will this change over time?

iii. Do these other demands fit well with my intended career path? Where are the conflicts and how do I intend to recognize and resolve these tensions?

iv. Understanding that change is inevitable, how willing am I to adapt my life strategies?

v. How willing am I to take risks to live a fuller more satisfying life? Would these risks be supported by my key stakeholders?

vi. Do I want a life partner? If so, what am I looking for in this individual? Why?

6.) Performance:

a. How do I measure success with respect to each of my stakeholders?

b. Will I be able to anticipate their needs and providing that value perhaps even before they recognize the need?

c. How often will I consciously and intentionally assess how Im doing in my effort to create value for them?

d. Will I be willing to seek guidance and support to help achieve my lifes purpose? If so, where will I go for that assistance?
