Parrot head Buffet, premier of the Conch Republic located off the Florida Keys, promotes tourism to the Republic with the motto Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes. Land Sharks, as the tourists are referred to by the locals, embrace the motto with gusto and almost anything that is peaceful goes. Parrot head relies on the almost unquenchable thirst of tourists for beer, which they chase with Margaritas while consuming the famous local cheeseburgers, to provide revenues from which to finance the affairs of the Republic. At this point, he is contemplating a major expansion to the port of Margaritaville to accommodate sailors from around the world coming to look for their lost shaker of salt.
